2026-10-15 用户再次要求写入 U 盘后，已更新同一专用设备为 **x86_64 / C# RAM-only 实验镜像**。使用 `CSharpExperimental128` 安全流程，源镜像 SHA256 `667a11784dfecda7664c5f64e4ea90fe4d14f6a2ac9cfb2ab85a0aa0324501e5`；容量调整后的完整镜像 SHA256 `d3088024debdc0bb7076f474801bedfc99a5f0c65827338e3fd01521ec782436`。完整 128 MiB 回读及真实末尾备份 GPT 校验通过，辅助进程退出，句柄关闭，U 盘保持离线。完成记录：`build/usb-media/XFEstudio-CSharp-1792007708404/Completion.json`；可提交摘要：`docs/validation-results/CSharpUsbExperimental20261015.json`。这份启动实验镜像尚未通过完整稳定性、实体输入兼容或 CUDA/GPU 验收，不得标记为完整发行版；其源码绑定配置关闭存储，文件在内存中，关机不保留。

2026-10-15 用户报告实体启动停在近似 `[Kernel] … chars` 后，已更新同一 U 盘为 **C# RAM-only 启动诊断版**：修复 x64 串口无限等待，添加 B00–B99 屏幕启动阶段及普通启动失败原因。92 项 IL 检查、QEMU 正常串口启动、无串口设备的连续两帧桌面检查通过；实体故障根因仍未知，等待用户复测，不得声称实体启动已修复。源镜像 SHA256 `6a6de06d471ca25fab53b4c13d95ac18fa3d7500cbf4000c0b91e668f23b8ce6`，容量调整后的完整镜像 SHA256 `8bd7f07abc9334f28d60388251a2919e0c9f6b8cd1ce85fd6392670bb4422b43`。完整 128 MiB 与真实盘尾 GPT 校验通过，句柄关闭、辅助进程退出、保持离线。记录：`build/usb-media/XFEstudio-CSharp-BootFix-1792008935142/Completion.json`；摘要：`docs/validation-results/CSharpPhysicalBootDiagnostics20261015.json`。本轮未改动 EFI 源文件，保留其原有本地换行差异。完整稳定性、实体输入和 CUDA/GPU 验收仍未完成。
