Run configurable ordinary and CG trading in an app-owned loop
Use the current ship's hold, wallet, station services and rebuy reserve for formal orders at user-selected stations. Preserve unknown orders and separately reconcile a later manual delivery without fabricating a native receipt. Keep execution and cancellation on the planner page, and provide a normal plugin-update/session-entry continuation. Validation: Release UI build; ordinary bidirectional and arbitrary-destination CG regressions, 1/192/752/2048t holds, manual-settlement and mode-entry cases, 40 native checks with ABI 1 and 26 exports, plus background UI evidence. The current game still has the old DLL loaded; its requested preservation remains in effect pending restart approval.
