Fix SCO approach, docking handoff and engineering grade rendering

Share the verified SCO approach buffer and retain final approach state; use fixed station throttle with original normal boost, immediate zero/ATC in range, and the requested 2 km or 10 second docking grace. Retry read-only freshness failures, atomically publish trade intents and reconcile unaccepted empty intents only in their original live process. Add native-only maintenance that preserves location without starting trading. Render engineering grades with one centered game image per slot. Validated with 1,541 passing tests, six default skips, targeted commerce regressions, 848 isolated native checks, offline production UI evidence, and a successful same-location native update. Live flight retesting remains deferred at the user's request.
